Job Overview:


As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-notch assistance with our products and services. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, answering questions, and providing guidance to enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues, providing step-by-step solutions and guidance.
  • Process sales orders, account changes, and billing inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of customer service or technical support experience, preferably in a communications or telecom environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with customer service software (e.g., CRM tools) and Google Apps.
