Customer Success Specialist to serve as the connective tissue between our high-growth clients and our internal strategy, product, and engineering teams. This isn’t a support role-it’s a strategic function critical to client retention, expansion, and performance outcomes.


The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship-builder, problem-solver, and growth strategist. You’ll work closely with e-commerce brands at the forefront of their industries, helping them extract maximum value from ClickMint’s AI-powered optimization engine and high-touch service model-all from our sun-drenched Malibu office just steps from the beach.

What You’ll Do


  • Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and measurable growth
  • Serve as the client�s advocate internally-translating their goals, feedback, and friction points into actionable insights for product and strategy teams
  • Monitor account health using engagement, performance, and usage metrics to proactively identify churn risks and upsell opportunities
  • Lead regular strategy check-ins and performance reviews with clients
  • Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to support implementation of variant tests and conversion experiments
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and project milestones in our CRM (Salesforce or similar)
  • Support execution of client-specific deliverables tied to growth objectives and test roadmaps
  • Deliver white-glove service with a strong bias for problem-solving, speed, and empathy


What You Bring


  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or sales-ideally within a SaaS, e-commerce, or performance marketing environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • High emotional intelligence and a customer-obsessed mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management platforms (e.g. Asana, Notion)
  • Analytical thinking and comfort working with performance metrics and optimization benchmarks
  • A proactive approach-you anticipate problems and act before they become blockers
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment with in-person collaboration as a core part of the culture
