We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Associate for our entry-level position. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start in retail, with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Assist customers with questions and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process, tag, and hang incoming clothing for the sales floor.
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and address any inquiries.
- Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing by straightening merchandise.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy store environment.
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer requests.
- Little to no prior retail experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills or experience is a plus.
- Basic cash handling experience is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining store standards.
