We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Preferred Pump & Equipment LP. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation as the industry leader.
- Inside Sales - handles Inbound Sales inquiries, Email, Internet Orders, etc. Processes Sales Orders once shipped.
- Tele Sales - makes Out Bound Phone Calls to specific customers selling specific items per Manager.
- Purchasing - Will work with vendors on special order items and research vendors for Non-Stock items. Follows up with vendor ship dates and tracks orders when shipped. Assists with receiving documentation.
- Inventory Control - Makes spot checks using SxE / MITS Inventory Spot Check Reports per Manager.
- Warehouse Assist - Assists with picking - pulling - packing orders when demands require, and restocks inventory.
- Will Call / City Desk - Handles in-person sales stage in Will Call transactions to determine customer needs and correct product selection.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles is beneficial but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
