About Us:

VCA Cromwell Animal Hospital is a busy, full-service animal hospital committed to providing high-quality medical care with kindness and respect-for both pets and their people. Our front desk team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional experience our clients expect.

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins and check-outs
  
• Handle client communications via phone, email, and in-person
  
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
  
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth client experience
  
• Provide compassionate support during emotional situations
  

• Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience a plus
  
• Schedule includes some evenings and Saturdays
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  
• Comfort with computers and scheduling software
  
• Able to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations
  
• Passion for animals and their well-being
