Looking for someone that is great with customer service, and is great at being friendly to our customers while providing them excellent customer service. This position utilizes a lot of technology with websites, our client management system, and our phone and chat system that you use to assist customers and work with fellow employees, so the person we are looking for should be good with online tools and resources. You don't need to be licensed already, but it is preferred if you are and you will be paid higher amount than if you aren't. If you are not licensed, you will need to study and take test within three months of hire. Some sales experience is preferred. This position also pays bonuses and has the option to obtain other licensing to increase sales opportunities and increase your income. This is a very good opportunity and this person must be energetic, punctual, trust worthy, and have a drive to be a good sales person. This is a full time position with Monday through Friday hours. There is no health insurance provided. You must live in or close to Georgetown DE. You are required to have reliable transportation. Experience in the insurance field may support extra starting compensation. Spanish speaking employees may receive extra compensation.
