Customer Service Representative with a strong emphasis on face-to-face sales and in-person customer engagement to join our dynamic team.


This is a customer-facing, sales-driven role that involves daily in-person interactions with consumers in various local retail or event-based settings.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage directly with potential customers in-person to answer questions, provide information, and promote products and services
  • Attract and retain customers by delivering tailored solutions and offering relevant products and upgrades to meet their needs
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management
  • Build trust-based, interactive relationships through warm, personalized face-to-face communication
  • Process customer orders, handle payment and contact information, and follow through on service-related inquiries
  • Explain product warranties, promotions, and terms of sale confidently
  • Present value-added services to encourage upselling and customer loyalty
  • Collaborate closely with the customer service and sales management team during field events, meetings, and on-site initiatives


Qualifications:


  • 0-3 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role, preferably in a retail or event-based setting
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and selling to new people in person
  • Outstanding communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Able to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced, interactive environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred


Additional Details:


  • This is a full-time, in-person position that requires local travel and some Saturdays
  • Comprehensive training provided; ongoing support from experienced mentors
  • Compensation is performance-based following the training period; the listed pay range reflects the average weekly commissions of an entry-level associate
