Summary


We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team at Cleaners. In this role, you will oversee customer service operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery while managing a dedicated team. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high-quality service standards.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve service delivery.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize service processes and address customer needs.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and budgeting for the customer service department.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in retail or service industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with retail math and budgeting processes is essential.
