We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Processing car rentals and returns
- Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required
- Cleaning vehicles for upcoming rentals
License/Certification:
- Valid Driver's License (Required) NO Driving Permits or Work Permits
Shift availability:
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK NIGHT SHIFT BUT TRAINING WOULD BE DURING THE DAY
- MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES-NO EXCEPTIONS
- Must have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND GOOD DRIVING RECORD-NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
