We’re looking for upbeat, customer-focused individuals to join us as Customer Experience Associates at our new location in Huntington Shopping Center. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers feel welcome, inspired, and excited to shop. - Warmly greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect products
- Offer knowledgeable answers to customer questions and provide personalized recommendations
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Accurately process transactions and handle POS systems with efficiency and care
- Restock shelves and maintain optimal product presentation
- Stay informed on promotions, new arrivals, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed daily sales goals
- Most importantly, create a fun and memorable experience for every customer
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Organizational skills and the ability to keep things neat and running smoothly
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Interest in retail, fashion, fitness, or lifestyle products
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus
