The Customer Care Manager will supervise and assist customer care agents in the performance of their job duties, such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues and complaints. The CCM collaborates and partners with other managers to drive brand loyalty and profitable growth through coaching, training, motivating, and recognizing teams. They will also assist in hiring, and maintaining agent schedules for a center that operates seven days a week.
