Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll guide claimants through their Social Security Disability (SSDI) journey-supporting them at every stage: from application to hearing to appeal.You’ll be the connection point between our clients, government agencies, and internal teams-making sure every step of the process is smooth, accurate, and supportive. This isn’t just admin work-it’s human work. You’re helping people access life-changing benefits, and you’ll have the training, tools, and leadership support to do it well.
