- Build custom cabinetry, mantels, and wood countertops from CAD drawings and shop specs
- Use saws, routers, sanders, and air tools to cut, machine, and assemble parts
- Assemble components using clamps, glue, nails/staples, and precision tools
- Inspect work continuously for quality and accuracy
- Read and interpret blueprints and tape measurements down to 1/32"
- Work collaboratively with a team of experienced builders
- Contribute to an efficient, clean, and safety-conscious shop environment
- Cabinetry or woodworking experience
- Related hands-on experience (carpentry, trim, fabrication, etc.)
- Must be comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring accurately
- Ability to read blueprints/plans and do basic shop math
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted

- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (OT as needed Fridays)
