We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team at Right Shine Janitorial LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order ant one location, including floor care, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service while promoting a clean and healthy environment.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
  
• Maintain floors through buffing and polishing to ensure a clean appearance and assisting with stripping/ waxing.
  
• Assist with industrial cleaning projects as needed.
  
• Request custodial supplies and organize effectively.
  
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and waste disposal to promote safety and efficiency.
  

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
