SOS Personnel is a dynamic education and staffing firm supporting government and tribal school contracts across the nation. We are seeking a skilled Curriculum Consultant to support Kayenta Community School in implementing the Teaching for Success (T4S) instructional improvement system.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead classroom walkthroughs using the T4S tool in collaboration with school leadership.
- Analyze instructional data and help identify areas of focus for teacher growth.
- Coach PLC (Professional Learning Community) teams on long-range instructional planning and using student data to improve instruction.
- Provide targeted, 1-on-1 coaching to teachers based on observation data.
- Meet quarterly with school leadership to assess instructional trends and progress.
Support professional development and build staff capacity for continuous improvement.
- Master�s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, plus instructional coaching or curriculum development experience.
- Strong knowledge of PLC practices, data-driven instruction, and adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with the T4S tool or similar observation frameworks is a plus.
- Experience working in tribal or culturally diverse school environments preferred.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Must pass a federal background check (required for work with Indian students).
- Must possess your own equipment and transportation.
Must be available for occasional in-person sessions at Kayenta Community School.
