Grizzly Pine is seeking a dedicated and passionate Cultivator to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the health and growth of our plants in an indoor setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in horticulture, with the ability to perform various tasks related to plant care and cultivation. In order to be hired for this position you must obtain your Montana Marijuana Workers Permit, while not guaranteed, preference may be given to candidates that already possess their Workers Permit. Weekend availability is a required to be considered for employment.
- Assist in the daily maintenance of plants, ensuring optimal growth conditions.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as needed for planting, pruning, and harvesting.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for tasks such transplanting, cloning, and soil preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse and outdoor areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve cultivation goals and improve processes.
- Previous experience in greenhouse operations or similar work is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly in relation to gardening equipment and tools.
- Familiarity with plant care techniques is beneficial.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment is essential.
