• The CT Technologist performs CT imaging according to established protocol to obtain diagnostic information as ordered by the physician.
  
• They must demonstrate an understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
  
• One must maintain knowledge in radiation protection and safety.
  
• Preparation and administration of contrast media is performed in accordance with hospital policy.
  
• The use of critical thinking, professional and ethical judgment is to be demonstrated in the quality of care delivered.
