While projecting a professional image; respond to inquiries and resolve issues. Perform daily tasks as required.
Essential Functions:
Ensure that customers and or employees of the bank are assisted promptly in person, by telephone, or electronically by meeting or exceeding Bank standards as identified in the SMILE program.
Perform various financial duties such as; wire transfers, debit card, instant issue and rewards support.
Meet accuracy and correctness of work standards as required.
Resolve customer and employees problems or ensure that the problem is referred to the appropriate individual for resolution.
Verify and ensure that appropriate action was taken in resolving customer and or employee problems.
Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, or a GED equivalent required
Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience and the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the essential requirements of the job. Basic bookkeeping skills
Physical Requirements:
