  • Shifts: 8AM-4:30PM EST / 9AM-5:30PM EST
  • 19 USD per hour
  • Training will be 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM EST


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist clients by providing clear and accurate information about products, services, or benefits
  • Handle sensitive questions with empathy and patience
  • Document customer interactions and update account information as needed
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and supportive attitude at all times
  • Meet or exceed performance and quality goals
