Crew Member

As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and quality food to our customers. This position involves various tasks within the restaurant environment, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. You will be part of a dynamic team that values efficiency, teamwork, and dedication to providing an outstanding dining experience.

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
  
• Operate the Aloha POS and Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
  
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling.
  
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices at all times.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
  

• Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus.
  
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
  
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
  
• Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
