As a Crew Member at Killer Burger, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and maintaining the high standards of our burger-making craft. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a top-notch dining experience for our guests. You’ll have the flexibility to contribute to our unique and lively atmosphere.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  
• Prepare and cook our 100% natural beef burgers and other menu items with precision and efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with the team to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
  
• Work alongside the front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  
• Assist in upholding our commitment to quality and consistency in all aspects of the dining experience.

• Basic math and cash handling skills
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  

• Have previous experience in the food service industry
  
• Hold a valid food handler's permit or ServSafe certification
  
• Are fluent in Spanish in addition to English
  

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time

We're looking for someone in Hayden, Idaho as this is an in-person position.
