Superior Equipment Sales Inc., an independent HVAC equipment and supplies distributor, is seeking a Counter Sales Associate for our Chesapeake branch. We are an employee-owned HVAC wholesaler with a focus on providing superior customer service to contractors throughout Virginia and Northeastern NC. If you are looking to join a small team and make a big difference, we want to hear from you.
- Provide superior customer service on the phone and in person
- Take orders for HVAC equipment and parts, look up matching items, and provide bids
- Process sales tickets through the computer system
- Accept payments from customers
- Direct customers where to find in-store products
- HVAC knowledge and industry experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Basic computer skills are required
