Key Responsibilities:* Sew and create high-quality mascot costumes according to client specifications- Maintain and repair existing mascot costumes
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Work with team members to ensure timely delivery of mascot costumes
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sewing, patterning, and creating of mascot costumes
- Proficient in using industrial sewing machines and other sewing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and designs
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings
