Corporate Communications Associate

We're looking for a

As a Corporate Communications Associate, you’ll originate visual content, build connections with people and teams across the company, and uncover opportunities for stories that inform and engage in ways that matter. The role will have a hand in impacting company objectives and brand initiatives while being a part of a communications team who engages our audiences in a variety of ways.

• Shape and implement communication plans that inform and inspire.
  
• Build creative partnerships and work with individuals and teams across the company to collaborate on communications that resonate.
  
• Take the lead on video and visual content from concept and scripting to shooting and editing.
  
• Get behind the camera to capture authentic moments, still and video format, that show who we are and what we do.
  
• Build creative partnerships that elevate the work and connect our strategy to more people.
  
• Bring fresh thinking to how we share our story - be it new formats, platforms or creative approaches.
  
• Take complex information and determine how to make it clear, compelling and relevant for different audiences.
  

• Bachelor�s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design or related field.
  
• 1-3 years of corporate communications experience with successful execution of communications strategies and plans.
  
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  
• Video scripting and production experience, including an understanding of composition, lighting, audio, editing and creative storytelling.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead conversations and facilitate projects with people at all levels of the organization.
  
• Portfolio that shows range - video production, photography, writing, graphic design - work that demonstrates your visual storytelling.
  

Animation experience and corporate intranet (Simpplr) knowledge are nice-to-haves.
