Since 1972, Covenant House has served and advocated for youth and young families experiencing homelessness, human trafficking, and exploitation. Our overarching goal is to end homelessness among youth and young families by helping them achieve housing stability, heal from trauma, tap into their innate resilience, and hone their interests and skills to forge new pathways to independence. This work is carried out across Covenant House sites in 34 cities in the US, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras.
Covenant House International’s (CHI) Peer-to-Peer (P2P) fundraising team is seeking an engaging, dynamic, self-starting individual to support event participants who are raising funds through personal fundraisers, endurance events, and Sleep Out. Sleep Out is CHI’s primary P2P fundraising program that invites participants to give up their bed for one night in solidarity with youth facing homelessness.
The Coordinator, Peer-to-Peer will serve as the primary customer service, sales and fundraising representative for event participants. You will show up as a dynamic and organized team player making an impact by helping to streamline our P2P systems, processes, and communications. You communicate effectively with event participants to increase their fundraising results through personal phone calls and e-communication. You will collaborate closely with the P2P team and CHI’s Corporate Partnerships team, as well as with Covenant House’s federation of sites across the U.S. and Canada.
