Requirements:

• This is a Part Time Contract role, 20 hours per week, remote in the Greater Boston area.
  

• Own onboarding process before employees� start date.
  
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee data in HRIS and support reporting needs.
  
• Own payroll process and partner with Finance.
  
• Own any Paylocity-related support issues and work with Paylocity support contact on resolutions.
  
• Monitor HR inbox and respond to emails.
  
• Work closely with HR team to ensure complete alignment on all responsibilities.
  
• Document all existing processes.
  

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to multiple functions
  
• Must have experience working in an fast-paced, high-volume environment working with east and west coast teams
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Paylocity is ideal
  
• Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of initiative.
