• Exemplify excellent patient experience through patient education
  
• Perform, diagnose, prevent and treat conditions to help patients overall dental health
  
• Regularly educate themselves on the latest new dental discoveries and treatment techniques as well as attend seminars and classes

• Associate Dentist needed for small, thriving private practice in Hillsboro, OR. Our office provides General dentistry, oral surgery, dental Implants, Endodontics, Invisalign, implant placement and implant restorations.
  
• Diagnosis and treatment of all patients scheduled in the office during Associate's days of work.
  
• The associate is expected to work closely with office staff in the documentation, demonstration, and sales of diagnosed treatment.
  
• The associate is expected to produce dentistry sufficient to achieve an average of $3,500-$5,000 in daily collections for the office.
  
• The associate is not expected to perform advanced procedures beyond his or her training or comfort level.
  
• Associate will be expected to pursue and achieve adequate proficiency via continuing education in implant dentistry, orthodontics (Invisalign, FastBraces and Clear Correct), and oral conscious sedation.
  

• Current Malpractice Insurance
  
• DDS/DMD from an accredited University and active State Dental Board license
  
• A strong sense of ethics and the ability to act with integrity
  
• A willingness to be coached and trained by clinicians
  
• Excellent Communication skills
  
• Positive attitude and team player
  
• Active DEA certificate, and CPR
  
• At least 2 years of experience working as a General Dentist
  
• Comfort and proficiency in modern dental techniques, periodontal treatments, composite restorations, crown and bridge, Extractions,
  
• Ability to get along with others
  
• Good chair-side manner
  

• Our practice is small (three chairs), but thriving. Our office has an excellent array of dental services, including crowns bridges processing, implant placement/restoration capabilities, and digital imaging. We have a hard-working and capable team. My goal is to delegate as much of my clinical practice to my associates as possible, and to function as a mentor and business manager, and mainly concentrate on my Invisalign and implant cases.
