Our fast-paced environment is exciting and never quite the same! One minute you are analyzing global KPIs and spotting trends across 13 countries, the next you're diving into an urgent compliance matter or jumping into a discussion about automation opportunities. You'll balance strategic planning with real-time problem-solving - reviewing cost optimization strategies while ensuring top talent quality, collaborating with the MSP on program enhancements, and presenting innovative solutions to leadership. You'll see the need to remain agile and ready to pivot as business priorities can and will shift throughout the week.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $187,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
