We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Knowledge of Material Installation and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in supporting various projects and ensuring that operations run smoothly. The Laborer will work closely with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Looking for an individual that is well rounded and has the ability to do sheetrock, paint, interior installations, flooring installation etc.
- Full Renovation Installations. Sheetrocking, Painting, Texture, Installing kitchens, Tile Etc.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Assist in the preparation of job sites, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
- Previous experience in Construction is Mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must have your own car and Drivers License.
