We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Observer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring construction projects on site, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications, and providing valuable insights to enhance project efficiency. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to effectively communicate observations and recommendations with Engineers, Contractors, Developers, and Agency Officials.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Review schematics and contracts to verify that work is being performed according to established guidelines.
- Utilize engineering software such as AutoCad and Excell for project tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop effective project schedules and timelines.
- Provide timely feedback on project progress, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain detailed records of observations, including photographs and written reports.
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D software is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with project scheduling tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
