The usual and customary methods of performing the job’s functions require the following physical demands: some lifting up to 30 pounds, rolling, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 45% sitting, 25% walking, and 30% standing. This job is performed partially in a generally clean and healthy office environment, and partially in environments that involve exposure to construction sites with some temperature extremes and conditions with some exposure to the risk of injury and illness. This job also requires travel in vehicles to construction sites.
