Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex site development and roadway construction projects-up to $20M in value. The role involves end-to-end project planning, coordination, budgeting, and client communication.
- Manage day-to-day execution of construction projects, from material coordination to subcontractor oversight.
- Conduct site visits for assessments, measurements, and documentation.
- Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and maintain project schedules.
- Review job costs, assist in bidding, and manage change orders.
- Coordinate closely with Dispatch, Operators, and Foremen to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Communicate regularly with clients, inspectors, and internal teams.
- Prepare estimates, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Generate monthly progress reports and manage documentation.
- Bachelor�s Degree required (Engineering preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience managing roadway/site development projects.
- PE license preferred.
- Familiarity with DOT standards (PennDOT, NJDOT, PANYNJ, NJTA) a plus.
- Experience with HCSS (HeavyBid, HeavyJob) preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
- Primarily office-based with occasional site visits.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 15 lbs, and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Moderate noise environment.
