- 5+ years of residential construction experience
- Proven ability to manage job sites, trades, and schedules
- A self-starter who takes pride in delivering homes with excellence
- Oversee daily job site operations across multiple homes
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality
- Schedule and manage municipal inspections
- Lead field employees and trade contractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Maintain construction schedules and communicate updates to management
- Ensure homes are built to Valor�s no-defect quality standard
- Coordinate timely delivery and inspection of materials
- Approve payments for labor and materials
- Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
