We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape construction. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks, including construction of patios, retaining walls, water features, etc while working with a team of landscape professionals.
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in landscape and irrigation installation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by ensuring their landscaping needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and meet targeted goals for team.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any repairs or replacements needed.
- Proven experience in landscape construction or a related field is required; previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscape and irrigation installation techniques and requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Valid driver�s license is preferred; ability to operate landscaping equipment safely is essential.
