We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking
Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal and steel building construction and demonstrate strong physical stamina, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently as part of a team. Prior construction experience is required.- Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction and assembly of metal and steel buildings
- Perform general labor tasks, including tool use, lifting, material handling, and job site cleanup
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools, especially those used in steel construction
- Load, unload, and transport materials to designated on-site areas
- Help set up scaffolding, ladders, and temporary work structures
- Assist in positioning, securing, and bolting steel components and framing systems
- Follow all safety procedures and comply with site-specific rules, even when strict or limiting
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain efficiency
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is required
- Experience with metal and steel building construction is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of blueprints and construction plans is an advantage
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and general safety practices is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for long periods in varying weather conditions
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
- Willingness to follow all on-site rules and procedures, even if they are restrictive

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
