Position Overview*


As a Building Construction Foreman, you’ll lead a crew of 3-4 team members in the construction of pre-engineered post-frame structures. You’ll manage projects on-site, ensure quality craftsmanship, and help clients turn their building dreams into reality.

  • Lead and supervise a crew of 3-4 construction laborers
  • Build post-frame structures from the ground up
  • Operate hand and power tools
  • Manage job site safety and productivity
  • Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
  • Enjoy a variety of job sites and daily tasks—no two days are the same
  • Deliver top-quality results that provide lasting value for clients


Qualifications


  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a crew
  • Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
  • Willingness to train and grow with the company
