Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Concrete Mason to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and set concrete forms for sidewalks, curbs, floors, and foundations.
  • Mix, pour, and finish concrete to achieve desired texture and level.
  • Use hand and power tools to smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete.
  • Install rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcing materials to strengthen concrete structures.
  • Monitor the curing process to ensure optimal concrete quality.
  • Repair and replace existing concrete structures as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Concrete Mason or similar role.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in using concrete tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
