- Prepare and set concrete forms for sidewalks, curbs, floors, and foundations.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete to achieve desired texture and level.
- Use hand and power tools to smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete.
- Install rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcing materials to strengthen concrete structures.
- Monitor the curing process to ensure optimal concrete quality.
- Repair and replace existing concrete structures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Proven experience as a Concrete Mason or similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using concrete tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
