Dietzel Enterprises is looking for an experienced
Concrete Laborer to join our civil construction team. This is a hands-on role working on remote job sites across the U.S. You’ll help with forming, placing, and finishing concrete, operate equipment like skid steers or reach forklifts, and assist with daily site tasks.If you’re dependable, work well on a team, and have a strong background in construction or concrete, we want to hear from you.
- Form, pour, and finish concrete (slabs, curbs, flatwork)
- Operate construction equipment (skid steer, reach forklift, etc.)
- Use hand tools and follow safety procedures on active job sites
- Assist with lifting and rigging tasks
- Follow instructions from your foreman or supervisor
- Help maintain a clean and organized job site
- Travel to projects and stay on-site during the work week (lodging + per diem provided)
- 5+ years of experience in concrete or general construction preferred
- Comfortable with concrete finishing (flatwork, slab, curb work)
- Able to operate or learn job site equipment (training provided)
- Know how to read a tape measure and follow verbal directions
- Valid driver�s license
- Must speak and understand English
- Physically able to lift, bend, and work outdoors in all conditions
