We are looking for a full-time Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing team! This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to acquire new business and expand relationships with existing customers. This individual will exercise independent judgment and discretion in managing client relationships, developing customized solutions, negotiating terms, and making key decisions to drive business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:


Independently establish, grow, and manage new and existing customer relationships, including making strategic decisions regarding client engagement and retention.


Analyze customer businesses, identify their unique needs and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to address those needs.


Maintain and enhance comprehensive product and technical knowledge to support consultative selling and solution development.


Proactively identify business opportunities and create and implement customized sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives.


Exercise discretion in prioritizing and executing outbound communications, including cold calls and follow-ups, to secure new business.


Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements within established guidelines, using independent judgment to maximize both customer satisfaction and company profitability.


Communicate customer concerns and market intelligence to management, providing recommendations for product or process improvements.


Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and strategic use of information.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.


Continuously evaluate sales processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related field.


Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies with minimal supervision.


Experience in consultative or solution-based sales, with a proven track record of independent decision-making and achieving sales targets.


Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Salesforce.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.


Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.


In-depth understanding of company services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.


Ability to work autonomously and as a leader within a team environment.
