Commercial Loan Closer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Commercial Loan Closer to join our team. In addition to performing necessary due diligence, the candidate will be responsible for adherence to bank regulatory requirements and preparation of loan documents. The ideal candidate will be highly detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service.

• Collaborate with lending team to confirm receipt of acceptable entity documentation, UCC searches, title insurance, flood certificates, etc.
  
• Produce LaserPro loan documentation and/or review attorney prepared loan documentation, ensuring it is in accordance with credit approval and adheres to bank policy.
  
• Coordinate the execution of loan documents along with the funding and booking of commercial loans through collaboration with internal and external customers.
  
• Maintain a working knowledge of Commercial Loan due diligence, loan compliance, and loan policies and procedures.
  
• Process various loan files including Commercial Real Estate, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Construction, and SBA.
  
• Review and prepare closing documents for accuracy and completeness, including contracts and escrow agreements.
  
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and TILA (Truth in Lending Act) guidelines throughout the closing process.
  
• Manage communication with clients, providing updates and answering any questions regarding the closing process.
  
• Other duties as assigned.
  

• Experience in a loan operations department or a a commercial loan closer is strongly preferred.
  
• Experience with LaserPro software and attorney prepared loan documentation is preferred.
  
• Experience with SBA Lending is preferred.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Excellent data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
