Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial projects
- Interpret blueprints and ensure NEC and local code compliance
- Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and other trades
- Manage materials, tools, and jobsite schedules
- Enforce safety policies and conduct safety meetings
Requirements:
- 4+ years commercial electrical experience; leadership experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
