Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, project management, and team leadership. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control measures. Your expertise in construction management software and project scheduling will be essential in delivering projects on time and within budget.


Responsibilities


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical teams on-site to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage project scheduling and ensure all tasks are completed according to contract specifications.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration.
  • Oversee budgeting processes and assist in construction estimating for upcoming projects.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to address any project-related issues.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians and apprentices.


Skills
