+ Contribute to the Team to enhance timely and accurate preparation of loan documents, resolving timely and accurate customer service issues (deposits and loans), and fully informing Relationship Officer (R.O.) of any customer relationship issues.
+ Assist the Team by helping to drive and steer the loan request from origination to booking, informing R.O. of any delays in the loan closing process, and assist R.O. with loan closings.
+ Assist the Team by working well with internal and external customers of the Bank.
+ Contribute to the growth and career development of Specialists, Underwriters and Relationship Officers.

+ Primarily responsible to the Team for reaching or exceeding its financial goals (includes managing a deposit portfolio and attaining deposit goals established by Manager and proactively seeking deposit and loan opportunities with assigned accounts and prospects.).
