We are currently seeking a skilled
CNC Plasma Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating computer-controlled plasma cutting machines to produce accurate and high-quality metal components. If you have a keen eye for detail and experience in metal fabrication, this is a great opportunity to work in a clean, safety-focused environment with a reliable schedule.- Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines according to job specifications.
- Load and unload raw materials; ensure correct placement on the cutting bed.
- Input cutting programs and make necessary adjustments to machine settings.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Previous experience operating CNC plasma cutting machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and cut lists.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and machine controls.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
