Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide
Location: Riverdale, GA 30296
Schedule: Flexible | 16 hours per week | Approx. 4 days/week, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Compensation: $16.00/hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one, in-home care to a client located in Riverdale, GA (30296). This is a PRN opportunity with approximately 16 hours per week, generally 4 days a week from 2 PM to 6 PM, with some flexibility required due to the client’s spouse’s alternating schedule.

The ideal candidate will be a credentialed CNA or experienced Home Health Aide who is available to begin

immediately, is attentive to detail, respectful, and comfortable working independently in a client’s home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation.
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
  
• Prepare and serve meals according to client�s dietary needs.
  
• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment.
  
• Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
  
• Follow the client�s care plan developed by a supervising LPN or RN.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided during visits.
  

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification or documented experience as a Home Health Aide.
  
• Able to start immediately upon hire.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  
• Minimum of 75 hours of training in personal care services.
  
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver�s license.
  
• Ability to work in a private home environment (note: homes may not be wheelchair accessible).
  
• Physically able to meet the demands of the role (assist with ambulation, lift up to 30 lbs, bending, etc.).
  
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
  
• Demonstrates integrity, empathy, professionalism, and respect in all client interactions.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
