We are looking for compassionate and dependable in-home caregivers to assist elderly clients with their daily living activities. This position focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and comfort for seniors who require support with non-medical tasks in their own homes.
· Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
o Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, oral care)
o Dressing and undressing
o Toileting and incontinence care
o Mobility support and safe transferring (e.g., from bed to chair)
o Meal planning, preparation, and assistance with eating
o Medication reminders (no administration)
· Offer companionship and social interaction to reduce isolation
· Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, vacuuming)
· Accompany clients on walks or to appointments, as needed
· Observe and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition
· Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Experience working with seniors, either professionally or personally
· Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Florida Certified Nursing Assistant license (CNA).
· Knowledge of age-related conditions (e.g., Alzheimer’s, dementia, fall risk)
· Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, or assisting with mobility
· Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility
· Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions
· Reliable transportation and punctuality
· Must pass background check and provide references
