Our Certified Nursing Assistant position is responsible for providing the highest level of care and comfort for our residents. Qualified individuals will assist residents with their activities of daily living to include, dressing, grooming, bathing, transferring, and assisting with meals. Our team members provide a supportive environment while building meaningful connections with those we serve. Team members will exhibit a desire to provide compassionate care, affording our residents with the highest quality of care, dignity and respect.

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
  
• Day shift
  
• Evening shift
  
• Holidays
  
• Rotating weekends
  

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to residents.
  
• Report any changes in residents� condition or concerns to the charge nurse or supervisor in a timely manner.
  
• Assist residents with their activities of daily living to include, dressing, grooming, bathing, transferring, and assisting with meals.
  
• Obtain and record vital signs such as weight, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
  
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
  
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals and team members to ensure quality care for residents.
  

Qualifications

• Valid CNA Certificate
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
  
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
  
• Must be able to pass a 50-pound lift and 25 pound pull physical exam
  
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
