We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team at Southern Caregivers. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the best possible assistance in a comfortable environment.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Help with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
- Experience in medical-surgical or memory care settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
