Compensation:

Your Role as a CNA:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Griswold Home Care, you will play an integral role in helping our clients live comfortably at home. Your training and experience as a CNA will enable you to provide skilled, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety.
  
• Monitor clients� health and report any changes to healthcare professionals or supervisors.
  
• Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote emotional well-being.
  
• Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.
  
• Accurately document the care provided and follow the care plan for each client.
  

Qualifications:

• Current CNA Certification: Must have a valid CNA license in good standing.
  
• Experience Required: At least 6 months of experience working as a CNA or in a similar caregiving role.
  
• Compassionate & Reliable: A caring personality and a strong sense of responsibility are a must.
  
• Valid Driver�s License: Reliable transportation is required to reach client homes.
  
• Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, if needed.
