As a Client Support Associate, you will play an integral role acting as a lead point of contact for our client. The core function of the Client Support Associate is to provide assistance and support ensuring their telecommunications needs are answered with quick resolve, honesty and professionalism. You will meet directly with decision-makers to provide product and service information, recommend products based on their wants and needs, and facilitate the enrollment and order process.
